Shipping & Delivery

We aim to have your order on its way within 6 business days after you place it. The shipping transit time depends on the destination, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 3–4 business days

• Europe: 6–8 business days

• Australia: 2–14 business days

• Japan: 4–8 business days

• Other Destinations: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at mike@dogwatchart.com.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

• Ask your local post office if they have your package.

• Check with you neighbor just in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or with your neighbor, get in touch with us at mike@dogwatchart.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but you will need to cover the cost of shipping.

Shipping fees vary by product, size, and destination. We do not markup, or profit, from shipping. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Additional customs and tax fees may be applied to orders shipping to destinations outside the USA. These fees are not in our control and will be assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office directly to understand if any additional fees will be applied to your order.

Orders & Cancellations

While we do our best to make sure orders arrive undamaged, occasionally things do happen in transit. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at mike@dogwatchart.com within 7 days of receiving the order with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Yes, but due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests submitted after this period cannot be approved.

To cancel an order, please email us at mike@dogwatchart.com within 24 hours of placing the order and include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds for a cancelled order will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

Yes, but only within 24 hours. If you wish to change your personalization entries, we offer a 24-hour change period. Please contact mike@dogwatchart.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number and the changes you would like to make to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Understandably, because our products are personalized and made on-demand just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, if it arrived damaged or incorrect in some way, please let us know by contacting us at mike@dogwatchart.com. We will promptly respond to your inquiry.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at mike@dogwatchart.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll start the refund process.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
