Returns & Exchanges

Understandably, because our products are personalized and made on-demand just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, if it arrived damaged or incorrect in some way, please let us know by contacting us at mike@dogwatchart.com. We will promptly respond to your inquiry.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do our best to make sure orders arrive undamaged, occasionally things do happen in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the order is incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at mike@dogwatchart.com within 7 days of receiving the order with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged product.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at mike@dogwatchart.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged items along with a description of this issue and we’ll initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We begin work on orders 24 hours after they are received. Any cancellation requests submitted after this period cannot be approved as the order will already be in production. 

To cancel an order, please email us at mike@dogwatchart.com within 24 hours and include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds for a cancelled order will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

Personalization

Customers are 100% responsible for the personalization entered. We will make the item exactly how you specify. We do not spell check, grammar check, etc to prevent from sending you something that is "not as described".

Please double check your entries before finally placing your order. All blank orders will be sent blank.

If you wish to change your personalization entries, we offer a 24-hour change period. Please contact mike@dogwatchart.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number and the changes you would like to make to your order.

We can not give any refunds or free reshipments when there is an entry error on personalization.

If we make an error on your order, we will remake and reship (if applicable) at our cost. You are entitled to receive exactly what you ordered. 

Notice for EU Customers: Per EU law, due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we are exempt from having to refund or accept any returns for orders that are not defective or damaged.
