Free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii incur a $45 shipping surcharge on standard framed prints.

Unframed prints and standard framed prints ship internationally — rates are calculated at checkout.

Please keep in mind, orders for some products can take 1-3 weeks to arrive after ordering, depending on your location, as each item is custom made. Immediately after ordering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order, and once your order has been shipped out, you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number.

Please view the confirmation e-mail for your order. If you need to make any changes to personalization entries or shipping address, please email mike@dogwatchart.com with your changes within 24 hours, and we will make the necessary edits. We understand that mistakes happen.

If there is an issue with your order at our facility which may delay arrival, we will contact you via the e-mail address you provided at the time of your order.

We aim to have your order on its way within 14 business days after you place it. The shipping transit time depends on the destination, but can be estimated as follows:
